Traditional Funeral Service Package

Professional Services

Conduct a conference with the family. Make the proper death and funeral notices (i.e., radio and newspaper). Arrange for grave opening and closing (if needed). Completing an order of service with clergy or a designated speaker, musician, or vocalist. Prepare, file, and purchase one certified death certificate. Social security notification. Preparation of memorial products.

Removal of Remains

Removal of remains from the place of death, within a fifty-mile radius (mileage fees listed in other services)

Embalming

Embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Other Care

Any necessary cosmetology (hairdresser if needed at additional cost), restorative work if needed, dressing, and casketing.

Facilities for Visitation

Reposing room or chapel to receive family and friends. Use of the lounge and sitting area. Help from the funeral staff with arranging flowers, photos, and gifts.

Automotive

Use of Cadillac Coach for funerals, transportation of loved one to and from our chapel or a church, and transportation to the cemetery within a fifty-mile radius (mileage fees listed in other services).

Direct Cremation

Includes removal of remains within a fifty-mile radius (mileage fees listed in other services), transportation to the crematory, filing of death certificates, purchase of one certified death certificate, cremation authorization forms, social security notification, cremation charge, mandatory cremation casket, retrieval of remains, and one Belmont-stained wood full sized urn.
