Wanda Kay Keen, age 78, passed away April 17, 2026 at La Bonne Maison Assisted Living in Sikeston, MO.

She was born November 28, 1947 in Campbell, MO, daughter of the late Kenneth and Joyce Hobbs.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Keen, and is survived by her son, Jim (Erin) Baker of St. Louis, her stepdaughter, Lori (John) Gieseler of Adams, TN, her stepson Jerry Keen, her siblings Jerry Hobbs of Ringgold, VA, Larry Hobbs of Corydon, IN, and Phyllis (Bob) Kolb of St. Louis, and her grandchildren, Mia, Ryleigh, Johnathan, Mandy, Emma, and Ethan.

Kay worked as a nursing director at Noranda Aluminum for over 30 years before retiring. She loved puzzles, traveling, spending time with family, and her cat, Levi.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 17, from 11:00 a.m. until the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, MO.

Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie, MO.
