Virgil 'Joe' Joseph Hubbert, age 56, passed away March 19, 2022 at Wappapello, Missouri.

He was born October 25, 1965 in Sikeston, Missouri, son of the late Walter 'Ray' Hubbert and Viva Jay Ramsey.

Joe was a gas hauler for Heartland Transport.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Holman Hubbert of the home in Oran, Missouri.

Other survivors include four daughters, Elizabeth Nichole Hubbert (Geoffrey Wood) of St. Louis, Missouri, Kristen Raighlyn Hubbert of Morley, Missouri, Valerie Jo Hubbert of Sikeston, and Natalie Grace Hubbert of Sikeston; two brothers, James Ray (Rhonda) Hubbert of Memphis, Tennessee and Thomas Jay Hubbert of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; two sisters, Cindi (Kenny) Cantrell of Sikeston and Donna (Darren) Martin of Sikeston; one grandchild, Everleigh Hopgood; and one grand-dog, Waylon.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 24, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home. Michael Blissett will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Walker Cemetery at Bloomfield, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be T.J. Hubbert, Ryan Hubbert, Riley Hubbert, Shawn Hubbert, Devon Martin, Dalton Martin, Ashton Cantrell and Matt Pobst.
