Thomas Earl Masterson, Sr., age 76, passed away November 2, 2022 in Rural Bollinger County, Missouri.

He was born January 5, 1946 in Sikeston, Missouri, son of the late Earline Masterson. He had worked for Noranda Aluminum and was an avid outdoorsman and deer hunter.

He was married to Carol Lee Johnson Masterson, who survives of the home in Sikeston, Missouri.

Other survivors include one son, Tommy Masterson, Jr. of Sikeston, Missouri; one daughter, Shannon Masterson of Caruthersville, Missouri; his stepchildren, Wade Griffin of St. Louis, Missouri, Ashley Carr of Carterville, Illinois, and James Griffin of Lemoore, California; three brothers, Randy Hollis and Lynn Hollis both of Moss Point, Mississippi, and Gary Hollis of Gautier, Mississippi; three sisters, Linda Irick, Robin Hollis, and Kathy Forman all of Moss Point, Mississippi; and eight grandchildren, Lacie Carr, Madelyn Griffin, Rhyan Carr, Jami Griffin, Brittany, Jordan, John, and Chris; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, Thomas was preceded in death by one brother, Ricky Hollis.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 9, from 5:00 p.m. until time of memorial services at 6:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home.
