Terry Lee Wehner, age 80, of East Prairie, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.  He was born June 25, 1943, in Elmhurst, Illinois, to the late Alvin C. Wehner and Sabina Margaret Czaplewski.  He lived most of his life in Illinois and retired after many years of service at AT&T.  He enjoyed fishing and building model cars and airplanes.  He also was an avid collector of old salt and pepper shakers.

Survivors include:  Paula Barnes of the home, who was the love of his life; three sons, Joseph Barnes, Tom Wehner and Jay Wehner; five daughters, Amber Adams, Ann Wehner, Nina Barnes, Kerrie Adams, and Leighla Wehner; one brother, Robin Wehner; and one sister, Sue Peterson.  Also surviving are his grandchildren, Aleena, A.J., Jane, Jazlyn, J'Lyn, Erica, Hannah, Clint, Peyton, Carter, Hudson, Emeri, and Xander, as well as several other grandchildren.

Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.  No public services are scheduled at this time.
