Terry L. Gibson, age 71, passed away Monday, September 8, 2026, at her home in East Prairie, Missouri.  She was born September 3, 1955, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Clyde Woodward Haggerty, Sr. and Joeann Galbreath Haggerty, and was a homemaker.  Terry enjoyed fishing with her husband and loved their trips to the casino.

On May 2, 1975, in Elkhart, Indiana, she married George Gibson, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are two daughters, Tina Lynn Hamrick (Keith) of Fremont, Indiana, and Julie Taylor (Lisa) of South Bend, Indiana; two brothers, Clyde Woodward "Butch" Haggerty, Jr. (Glenda) of Meadview, Arizona, and Stephen Ray Haggerty (Cheri) of Osceola, Indiana; one sister, Lois Ann Reed of Kingman, Arizona; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 14, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon at Caudle-Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, Missouri.  Bro Stanley Triplett will officiate.

Interment will immediately follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Caudle-Shelby Funeral Home.
