Terri Adams, age 60 of East Prairie, Missouri went to be with her heavenly Father on July 30, 2021 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  She was born September 16, 1960 in Sikeston to Tommy "Tootsie" Upchurch of East Prairie and the late Anna Lowery Upchurch.

Additional survivors include one son, John Fisher (Shannon Sparkman) of East Prairie, Missouri; two daughters, Trina (Flynn) Ray of East Prairie and Rocquelle Fisher (C.J. Morrison) of Belleville, Illinois; one brother, Tommy Upchurch of East Prairie; one sister, Theresa (Jimmy) Barnett of Union City, Tennessee; and six grandchildren, Anna Ray, Evy Ray, Colin Davis, Blade Morrison, Jace Fisher and Cayden Fisher.

Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie, Missouri is in charge of arrangements.

Private services  will be planned at a later date.
