Sikeston, MO-Stevan Lentz, age 64, of Sikeston, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021, at the Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He was born February 27, 1957, in Chaffee, Missouri to Charles Lentz and Betty Jackson Lentz.  On April 15, 1996, in Benton, Missouri, he married Linda Rhoda who survives of the home in Sikeston. He was a member of Compassion Church in Sikeston and a volunteer firefighter.

In his early years, he worked for Essex Wire as a Machinist, a former auctioneer for Lentz Auction in Blodgett, and worked for Auto Zone for the last sixteen years before retiring in January 2021.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, John (Amy) Rhoda of Benton, MO; two daughters, Heather Taylor of Dielstadt, MO, and Holly (Harley) McCurter of Florida; a sister Pam Lentz of Blodgett, MO; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 28, from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at the Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.
