Sandra Faye Breeden Stanley, age 71, passed away July 27, 2022 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born November 29, 1950 in Sikeston, daughter of the late Robert Breeden and Niva P. Clark Breeden Spivey.  She was of the Baptist belief and had worked as a License Practical Nurse for Missouri Delta Medical Center 30 years before retiring.  She enjoyed cross stitching, reading, and loved going to the beach. She loved her two dogs and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.

She was married to Michael Wayne Stanley, who survives of the home in Sikeston.

Other survivors include three sons, Kerry L. (Erica) Klund of Jackson, Missouri, M. Shannon (Stacy) Stanley of New Madrid, Missouri, and K. Shawn (Nicole) Stanley of Monticello, Illinois; two sisters, Niva "Jane" (Jackie) Calbert of Sikeston, and Sharon (Dale) Curtis of Sikeston; ten grandchildren; and her special friend, Rachel Magee of Murray, Kentucky.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Allen Breeden; and her stepfather, Louis D. Spivey.

A private burial will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, Missouri under the direction of Ponder Funeral Home.

The Stanley family request memorial donations be sent to American Cancer Society or the Sikeston YMCA.
