Sandra Kay Westmoreland Davis, age 67, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at her home in East Prairie, MO.  She was born June 17, 1957, in Memphis, TN to Cloyce Lawanda Shelly Westmoreland who survives of Trenton, TN and the late William Thomas Westmoreland, and had been employed as a cashier at Dollar General Store.  She was of Christian belief and was a caring person who loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.  She enjoyed sewing, painting, and working on puzzles.

Survivors include three daughters, Angelina Mainord (Daniel Sutton) of Matthews, MO, Star Latamondeer of East Prairie, and Jessica Davis of East Prairie; two brothers, Don Westmoreland and Joe Westmoreland (Vickie); three sisters, Sherry Breezley (Todd), Connie Westmoreland, and Tammy Lafon (Steve); her grandchildren, Kevin Mainord, Caroline Mainord, Sarah Latamondeer, Megan Latamondeer, Macy Finwick, and Kinsley Finwick; and her great granddaughter, Izabella.  She was also loved by several nieces and nephews.

Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.
