Rick Nelson Frost, age 54, passed away November 15, 2025 in Chaffee, MO.

He was born May 14, 1971 in Wichita, KS, son of Rosanne Benjamin Cox and the late William E. Frost.

Rick was a caregiver for his mother. He loved cooking and taking care of plants. He was crafty and had a huge, wonderful personality. He was a proud member of the gay community.

He is survived by his mother; two brothers, Mark (Dianna) Frost and Brian (Tara) Frost; one sister, Geneva (David) Hughes; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Russell Frost.

There are no public services scheduled, Ponder Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
