Randy Thomas Chance, age 53, of East Prairie, Missouri, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  He was born April 15, 1969, in Wyatt, Missouri, to Annie Grace Brewer Chance who survives of East Prairie and the late Ralph C. Chance.  He was a self-employed plumber.  Randy enjoyed metal detecting, listening to classic old country music, spending time in his mancave, watching the Kansas City Chiefs football games and playing with his grandbabies.

On October 8, 2016, he married Wanda Pugh-Chance, who survives of East Prairie.

Additional survivors include one daughter, Destiny Elizabeth Patrick of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; two stepdaughters, Stephanie Thomas and Destiny Thomas, both of East Prairie; three brothers, Ronnie (Pam) Chance of East Prairie, Dicky (Nicole) Chance of Benton, Missouri and Don (Sherry) Chance of Bloomfield, Missouri; three sisters, Sharron Chance of East Prairie, Lisa (David) Smith of Riner, Virginia and Theresa Borders of East Prairie; three grandchildren, Ava Grace Messmer, Camye Lou Weakley and Kye Lee Wheatley; and a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and one great-great nephew.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 25, 2022, beginning at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Martin Lucas officiating.

Interment will be private.
