Phillip "Eugene" Woodworth, age 49 of East Prairie, Missouri, passed away April 27, 2021 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

He was born February 10, 1972 in Sikeston, son of Clyde Woodworth and the late Phyllis Bailey.  He was a life-long resident of East Prairie and a self-employed mechanic and truck driver.

He is survived by his significant other, Dawn Garnett of East Prairie; one son, Marcus Eugene Woodworth of East Prairie; one daughter, Isabella Renay Woodworth of Charleston, Missouri; two brothers, Eric (Tasha) Woodworth of East Prairie and Michael Anthony (Angela) Woodworth of Morehouse, Missouri; the mother of his children, Catrina A. Woodworth; and two grandsons, Jayden Bailey and Jax Bailey.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Angelica Ann Koch Bailey and Michelle Leeann Woodworth.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 3, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Edward Linhart officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Charleston.

Pallbearers will be Marcus Woodworth, Michael Woodworth, Dakota Woodworth, Kenneth Knupp, Stephen Christian Jr., and Michael A.L. Woodworth.
