Patsy Jean Gravil, age 71, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at her home in Sikeston, MO.
She was born on May 21, 1952 in Chicago, IL to the late Ernest and Betty Strausser-Finney.
She married Charles Gravil on September 29, 1979 in Sikeston, MO, who survives of the home. They had been married 44 years.
Patsy had many things in life that she enjoyed, she loved playing Bingo, camping, fishing, creating ceramics, and diamond art. Most of all, she loved without measure her children, grandchildren, and all of her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Amber (Randy) Marks of Sikeston, MO and Cynthia (Melissa) Finney of Dexter, MO; four brothers, Frank (Jean) Finney of Wentzville, MO, Charles (Debbie) Finney of Maulberry, AR, Edgar Finney of Ft. Smith, AR, and Bud Finney of Alma, AR; three sisters: Anna Mae (Robert) Carter of East Prairie, MO, Cres Julian of Van Buren, AR, and Donna Knight of Ft. Smith AR; and two grandchildren, Jayden Gravil and Zachary Marks.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Joe McCullough of Murray Lane Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment will follow in Dogwood Cemetery in East Prairie, MO.
Pallbearers will be Jayden Gravil, Randy Marks, Shawn Marks, Robert Carter, Jordan Marks, and Caleb Marks.
