Patricia Ann "Pat" Wilkes, age 76, passed away February 10, 2023 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born December 12, 1946 in Dunklin County, Missouri, son of the late Vergil Ray and Dicey Ann (Singleton) Wilkes.

Pat was a very special person to our family and to those who knew her. She did not know a stranger and would talk to anyone as if reuniting with a dear old friend. Pat loved her family very much. One of her favorite memories as a teenager was when her brother Larry let her drive his car, as so she told it.

Pat was preceded in death by her father, Vergil Wilkes; mother, Dicey Singleton; stepmother, Uldine Wilkes; two stepbrothers, Dale Jackson and Larry Jackson; sister-in-law, Karen Jackson; grandmother, Annie Wilkes; and grandfather, James Wilkes.

She is survived by her stepsister, Brenda (David) Wilder; six nieces, Laura (Jeff) Williams, Emily (Crey) Jefford, Sara (Will) Weyant, Jamie Jackson, Rachel (Tim) Lawson, and Jenny (Adam) Misner; one nephew, Mark Jackson; cousins, 10 great-nieces; 13 great-nephews; 3 great-great-nieces; and 8 great-great-nephews.

A Private Service was held for family and friends.
