Nancy Lee Swinger, age 89, passed away March 29, 2023 at her home in Morehouse, Missouri.

She was born November 22, 1933 in LaValle, Missouri, daughter of the late James Thomas Breeden and Mary Elizabeth Little-Breeden.

Nancy  was a member of Morehouse General Baptist Church and a 50 year member of Order of the Eastern Star and had been a bank teller for Bank of Sikeston.

On October 27, 1951 she married Marlin Lee "Moe" Swinger, he preceded her in death March 27, 2016.

She is survived by one daughter, Pamela K. (John) Stepp of Matthews, Missouri; one grandson, Bradley (Amanda) Stepp of Virginia; and two great-grandchildren, Cassidy Stepp and Madison Stepp.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers; and two sisters.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 3, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Ponder Funeral Home.

A private burial will follow in the Sikeston Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in her memory.
