Monda Johnson, age 63 of East Prairie, Missouri passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at her home.  She was born September 27, 1957 in Sikeston, Missouri to the late Mark Archie and Betty Sue Odell Archie.

On February 11, 2005 she married Tim Johnson, who survives of the home.

Also surviving are one son, Derric Johnson of East Prairie; two daughters, Shonna Slaughter of East Prairie and Jayme (Joe) Rendon of East Prairie; one brother, Mark Daniel Archie of Mayfield, Kentucky; and three sisters, Patty Archie of Kansas City, Missouri, and June Maxey and Crystal (Jay) Nugent, both of East Prairie.  Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Kenzie Slaughter, Madelyn Johnson, Ally Johnson, Ty Wallace, Pyper Rendon, Navy Rendon and Laekyn Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jake Johnson; and one brother, Larry Archie.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 p.m.  – 7 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. in the Shelby Chapel, with Rylyn Small officiating.

Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jason Archie, Cody Carlyle, Charles Johnson Jr., Shawn Knupp, Thomas Bell and Wendy Knupp.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jase Archie, Coy Small, Daegan Archie and Sam Small.
