Mickey Louise DeWitt Rudisill, age 74, of Morehouse, Missouri, passed away August 31, 2023 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born July 3, 1949 in Grayridge, Missouri, daughter of the late Hollis Emory DeWitt and Effie Mosie Ratliff DeWitt.

In July of 1969 at Morehouse, she married Lloyd James Rudisill, he preceded her in death in 1984.

Mickey was a 67-year member of First Oneness Pentecost in Morehouse, where she had been a Sunday School teacher since she was 15 years old.  She graduated from Richland High School in 1967, she was known for her baking, she was a baker for several businesses in Sikeston along with Sikeston Public Schools, and she had been Assistant Manager for Kings Cleaners.

She is survived by one son, Jason (Amy) Rudisill of Sikeston, Missouri; one daughter, Melissa Diane (Mark) Laden of Morehouse, Missouri; one sister, Joann Matthews of Sikeston, Missouri; and five grandchildren, Kaitlyn Rudisill, Hunter Rudisill, Madison Rudisill, Austin Rudisill, and Morgan Rudisill.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Allen DeWitt, Charlie DeWitt, Herschel DeWitt, and Jerry DeWitt; one sister, Lois Manes; one grandchild, Markus Laden; and one niece, Donna 'Judy' Groves.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 5, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Jimmy Vent will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Sikeston Garden of Memories Cemetery.
