Michael Ray "Mike" Reno, age 64, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at his home in East Prairie, Missouri.  He was born April 29, 1957, in Hayti, Missouri to the late Rudy Conn Reno and Rebecca Boyd.  Mike was a graduate of East Prairie High School Class of 1975.  He was employed as an overhead crane operator at Noranda Aluminum for many years, until the time of its closing.  He was the owner of Reno's Gas-A-Mat in East Prairie.

On February 10, 1979, he married LuAnn Malone Reno, who survives of the home.  They had just celebrated their 43 ^rd wedding anniversary.

Mike is also survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Kellie and Ricky Mirly of Jackson, Missouri; four brothers, Jimmy (LaDonna) Reno of Anniston, Missouri, Bart Hileman of Anna-Jonesboro, Illinois, Duke (Jennifer) Presson of East Prairie, Missouri and Buddy (Diane) Reno of Bloomsdale, Missouri; and his stepfather, Duke Presson Sr. of East Prairie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Teresa Reno.

Visitation will be from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2022, at Shelby Funeral Home, with Bro. Martin Lucas and Pastor Dawn Walters officiating.

Interment will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Morris, Wayne Davis, Billy Stallings, Jeff Jernigan, David Bratton and Danny Ahlfield.
