Obituary

Marvin Kernet (Bo) Ralph, the Bud Man, has had his last cold Budweiser. At 68 years old he passed from this life on February 28, 2022.

He was born October 9, 1953 to Robert (Bobby) Ralph and Rovina Marie (Beanie) Ralph of Sikeston, Missouri.

On October 1, 1977, he was united in marriage to Judith Senciboy Ralph (deceased), his high school sweetheart. He had a strong Christian Catholic faith and had been a member of the Elks, Shriners, and Masons organizations. He was a two time All State linebacker for the Sikeston Bulldogs and their defensive captain. He attended the University of Missouri until he returned home to help run and eventually owned the family business, Bob Ralph Distributing, until he retired in 2010.

Bo enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, and loved taking care of his farm and horses. Along with his hobbies, he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, and friends.

He was a true larger than life character with a grizzly bear personality and a heart of gold. If he loved you or liked you, there was nothing he would not do for you. To those he loved, he loved with everything he had. If he didn't like you, then he had no problem letting you know that as well.

Bo is survived by two sons, James Ralph (Tara) and Scott Ralph both of Sikeston, Missouri; two daughters, Annie Murphy (Kevin) of Portageville, Missouri and Katie Ralph (Zack Atchley) of Benton, Missouri; two sisters, Viney Mosley (Steve) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Sarah Branson (Mark) of Sikeston, Missouri; one brother, John Ralph; eight grandchildren: Dylan Moore, Evan and Easton Thompson; Kate, Klara, and Brock Murphy; and Jake and Kolt Ralph. He is also survived by close friends, Don Culbertson, Mike Limbaugh, Steve Brase, Jimmy Marshall, and a special friend, Paula Lewis.
Besides his wife, Judy, Bo was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mary Ralph McMullin.

A memorial service and celebration of life will be held Thursday, March 3, at the Fox Haven Country Club in Sikeston, Missouri from 4 to 7 p.m. for all of his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children and or the National Rifle Association.
