Malissa Gail Tippy Orr, age 55, of Hillsboro, Missouri passed away Wednesday August 25, 2021 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

She was born June 6, 1966 in Sikeston, Missouri daughter of Roger Dale Tippy and Gelena Savat Tippy.  She was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Hillsboro, Missouri.

She married Kenny Orr on June 22, 2019, who survives of the home.

Additional survivors include her mother, Gelena Savat Tippy of Sikeston; one daughter, April Proctor of Sikeston; one son, Dustin Williams of Sikeston; three grandchildren, Tanner Williams, Chloe Proctor, and Jersey Williams; three stepsons, Travis Orr of St. Louis, Missouri, Trevor Orr of Hillsboro, Missouri, and Kyle Orr of Dallas, Texas; one stepdaughter, Katie Orr of Imperial, Missouri; two brothers, Derek (Erica) Tippy of Kailua, Hawaii and Brad (Valerie) Tippy of Carthage, Tennessee; one sister, Derenda 'Rendy' (Paul) Russell of Dogwood, Missouri; and so many friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Dale Tippy.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 30, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.  Brother Jerry Adams will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
