Logan Bailey
Dye
November 18, 1980 – December 19, 2025
Logan Bailey Dye, age 45, passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family, in Sikeston, Missouri, on December 19, 2025.
She was born on November 18, 1980, in Sikeston, Missouri, to her loving parents, Karla Kim Bailey and Charlie Dye.
Logan was many things. She was a talented chef who loved creating meals for those she cared about, and she had a keen eye for photography, capturing life's moments through her lens. Her favorite hobby was snowboarding, and she went as often as she could.
Logan worked alongside Trey Wilson and Cole Williams on their farm, where she helped establish the apple orchard. She loved farming and harvesting cotton and never shied away from hard work. She wanted to be part of it all. Above all else, Logan was a devoted and loving mother who always put her sons first. She was a proud sports mom, cheering them on every step of the way. She was the rock of her family, loving them with her whole heart. Fiercely loyal and unapologetically honest, Logan lived authentically and left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.
Logan is survived by her husband, Earl F Leavitt; two sons, Jacob Earl Leavitt and Tristan Clay Leavitt; father and step-mother, Charlie and Cathy Dye; father and mother-in-law, Earl Leavitt and Susan Adams; brother, Chris Dye; nieces and nephews, Austin Dye, Alexandria Dye, C.J. Dye, and Roosevelt Leavitt; uncles and aunts, Clay and Laura Bailey and Patti Dye Oetting; cousins, Clay Bailey Jr, Cody Bailey, Kelsey Bailey, Trey Oetting, and Ryan Oetting; close family friends, Kim, Mark, Lydia, and her absolute best friend Glenna Couch, Heather and Doug Watson, Jay and Camille Lancaster, her Colorado friends, and her Sikeston Wrestling and Sports family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Karla Kim Bailey, who passed away just one day before her.
The family wants to thank the ladies at Miner Baptist Church that brought food, it was a huge help to their family. They also want to thank Legacy Hospice for their wonderful care.
