Mrs. Linda M. Jackson, age 71, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky.  She was born in New Madrid, Missouri on December 9, 1950, to the late A.J. Summerlott and Bealus Bain Summerlott.

Linda was the secretary for Jackson Aviation in East Prairie, Missouri for several years prior to moving to Murray after which was a realtor for Professional Associates Reality.  For the last few years, she has worked at Goodwill in Murray.

Linda is survived by two sons, Terry Jackson Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee and Andy Jackson and wife Mindy of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Danny Summerlott and wife Barbara of East Prairie, Missouri and Eddie Summerlott and wife Jo Ann of East Prairie, Missouri; three grandchildren, Ty Jackson, Morigan Jackson and Olivia Jackson.

In addition to her parents, Linda is also preceded in death by her husband, Terrence Lee "Terry" Jackson Sr.

Visitation in Murray, Kentucky will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 201 South Third Street, Murray, Kentucky 42071.

A second visitation will be held Thursday, March 10, 2022, beginning at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Rev. Tim Palmer officiating.

Interment will follow in Dogwood Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Funeral Home.
