We celebrate the life of a remarkable woman, Leslie Ann Barrett, who left us on December 1, 2024, at 2:39 a.m., surrounded by her loved ones. Born on November 25, 1957, she lived a life filled with generosity, strength, and unwavering faith. Her career at Barrett-Jensen Chevrolet as well as her time at the Morley Cafe & other local attractions were a testament to her dedication and hard work. Although she never had any children of her own, she nurtured the children that were in her life whether it be kids in the neighborhood, her own siblings, their children and their children's children. Known for her selflessness, she was always ready to lend a helping hand, often prioritizing the needs of others. She was a woman of great strength and character, never allowing herself to be taken advantage of, yet always willing to give generously to those in need. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.

Services will be held Saturday, December 7, visitation will begin at noon followed by a service at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, MO.
