Leo L. Martin, age 84 of East Prairie, MO passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, at Bertrand Nursing and Rehab Center in Bertrand, MO.  He was born July 15, 1937, in Anniston, MO to the late Kenneth Martin and Thelma Denton Martin.  Leo was an entrepreneur for many years and a veteran of the United States Army.

He was married to Sue Adkisson Martin, who survives of the home.

Additional survivors include one stepson, Carlin Bennett of East Prairie and his children, Taylor, Carli, Kennedy and Tanner; one stepdaughter, Fran Hubbard of East Prairie and her children, Megan and Emily; and two nieces, Manya Clayton of St. Louis, MO and Jacqueline Marfori of Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Juanita Douglas of East Prairie.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Martin Lucas officiating.

Interment will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery near Charleston, MO.
