Larry Keith Parks, age 63 of East Prairie, MO, passed away Monday April 14, 2025, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.  He was born April 22, 1961, in St. Louis, MO, to Judy Marilyn Scott-Sutton of East Prairie and the late Larry Campbell Parks.  He served in the United States Navy for 6 years.  He later worked 30 plus years as an aviator electrical engineer at the naval air station .  Keith was a member of the Church of Christ. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.

In 1998 he married Jenny Spicer Parks; she preceded him in death May 24, 2022.

Keith is survived by his mother, Judy Marilyn Scott-Sutton and husband Richard Sutton; one stepson, John Xavier Ellis of Pensacola, FL; one stepbrother, Randy Sutton (Amy) of East Prairie; one stepsister, Angie Jones (Steve) of East Prairie; two uncles, Douglas Scott and Greg Scott; one aunt, Janice Drummond; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Stacey Parks.

Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with minister Pete Natach officiating.

Interment was at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Randy Sutton, Steve Jones, Riley Colson, Brady Colson, Joey Colson, and Charlie Sutton.
