Jonathan Dean Pinzon, age 30, of East Prairie, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 11, 2024, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He was born August 2, 1993, in Sikeston, Missouri, to Shelley Boyer Pinzon Sprinkles who survives of East Prairie and the late Chris Pinzon.  He had been employed in maintenance.  Jonathan played All-Star baseball as a young boy and always loved mechanical work.  He enjoyed working on scooters and mopeds and was known for working on them any time, day or night.  It was his passion.  He also loved his dog, Athena.

Jonathan is survived by his mother and stepfather, Shelley and Henry Sprinkles of East Prairie; three brothers, Matt (Micah) Boyer, David Pinzon, and Jason (Missy) Pinzon; two sisters, Brittany (Corey) Shadduck and Brooklynn Sprinkles; a special cousin who was also his best friend, Keeton Caery; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides his father, Chris Pinzon, he was preceded in death by his Granny, Frankie Bisher; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Ruby Faye Boyer; paternal grandparents, Clara Belle and Thomas Woodson; and his special dog, Boss Man.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024, beginning at 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home, with his uncle, Mike Sprinkles, to officiate.

Honorary pallbearers will be his best friends, Timothy Boyer, Bo Brown, Keeton Caery, Christopher Koke, and Charles Koke.
