Johnny Lee Williams, age 68 of East Prairie, Missouri passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at East Prairie Nursing Center.  He was born October 23, 1952 in Pierce City, Missouri to the late James and Betty Rawley Williams and had served in the U.S. Army.  He was employed as a functional unit manager at Southeast Correctional Center, where he worked 25 years until his retirement.

On May 7, 2001 in Licking, Missouri he married Shirley Hawken, who survives of the home.

Johnny is also survived by three sons, Maynard Moudy, Shawn Moudy and Johnny Williams; one daughter, Natalie Moudy; one stepson, Richard Steffen Jr.; two brothers, Jimmy Williams and Ronnie Williams; one sister, Sheila Smith; and several grandchildren.

Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.  No public services are scheduled at this time.
