John F. Seabaugh, age 80, of Sikeston, MO passed away January 29, 2024 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He was born October 29, 1943 in Cape Girardeau, MO, son of the late Burette Seabaugh and Wilma Rossi Seabaugh.

John was a graduate of Grayridge High School, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and a HVAC for Bill Tanner before retiring.

He was proud to be a veteran and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by two sons, John (Lisa) Seabaugh Jr. of Sikeston, MO and Philip (Melissa) Wilson of Canalou, MO; one brother, James Seabaugh; one sister, Mildred Seabaugh of Sikeston, MO; and four grandchildren, Madelyn (Chandler) English, Matthew Seabaugh, Miley Seabaugh, and Miranda Wilson.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by four brothers, Jess Seabaugh, Joe Seabaugh, Jackie Seabaugh, and David Seabaugh.

There will be graveside services held Friday, February 2, at 10:00 a.m. at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
