Gary Lee Foote, age 74, passed away July 3, 2025 at his home in Sikeston, MO.

He was born November 6, 1950 in Sikeston, MO, son of the late George Foote and Lila Goetz-Foote.

Gary served 4 years in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, served 2 years in the Naval Reserves, was a member of the Teamsters Union and had worked as a heavy equipment operator and truck driver.

He is survived by one son, Tommy (Lindsey) Foote of Dogwood, MO; one brother, Gregory Jerome (Bonnie) Foote Sr. of Sikeston, MO; and two grandchildren, Laine Tyler Foote and Lailyn Foote.

He was preceded in death by one brother, George Thomas Foote III and one sister, Charlene Woods.

There will be a private family memorial service held Monday, July 14, at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
