Frankie Bernice Bisher, age 88, passed away Tuesday morning, October 24, 2023, at her home in East Prairie, Missouri.  She was born July 29, 1935, in Deer, Arkansas, to the late William Davenport and Mildred Bernice Barber Davenport.  She was a homemaker as well as the owner of several restaurants.  Frankie enjoyed cooking, quilting, vegetable gardening, and especially fishing.  She loved babysitting her grandkids and great grandkids.  Frankie was the family "boss", and she was the glue that held them all together.

On May 26, 1988, in East Prairie, she married Bryan Leroy "Bud" Bisher, who preceded her in death January 27, 2019.

Survivors include five sons, Kenneth Sprinkles of Pocahontas, Arkansas, James Sprinkles, Stevie Sprinkles, Henry (Shelly) Sprinkles and Mike (Peggy) Sprinkles, all of East Prairie; three daughters, Sheila (Donnie) Tubbs of Benton, Missouri, Sandra Sprinkles and Shelly Bisher, both of East Prairie; one sister, Barbara Jackson of East Prairie; 33 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Frankie was preceded in death by her husband and parents; two sons, Archie Earl Sprinkles and David Wayne Sprinkles; one daughter, Brenda Bernice Baker; one stepdaughter, Patricia Kay (Bisher) McDonald; one brother, Andy Davenport; and two sisters, Jeanie Davis and Linda Davenport.

Visitation will be held Saturday, October 28, 2023, beginning at 12 noon until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Sonny Jackson officiating.

Interment will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Mike Sprinkles, Donnie Tubbs, Travis Tubbs, Frankie Tubbs, Kip Brown, Jr. and Bo Brown.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Ivie, Nate Ivie, Keeton Caery and David Ray Sprinkles.
