Earl Woods, Jr. age 74, passed away March 5, 2022 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He was born January 7, 1948 in Vanduser, Missouri, son of the late Evert Earl and Nona Kneezle Woods.

Earl attended Morley Baptist Church and had been a driver for SEMO Box Company in Cape Girardeau. On December 20, 1985 at Chaffee, Missouri, he married Bonnie Goehman Woods, she survives of the home in Morley, Missouri.

Other survivors include three sons, Josh Woods of Morley, Missouri, David Woods of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Darin Woods of Oran, Missouri; one brother, Gary D. Woods of the state of Georgia; one sister, Pamela (Robert) Goehman of Morley, Missouri; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

There will be a graveside memorial service held Thursday, March 10, at 5:00 p.m. at New Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri. David Thompson will officiate. Ponder Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
