Donald E. Poe, age 90, passed away January 13, 2023 at the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

He was born October 16, 1932 in Canalou, Missouri, son of the late Fonice Poe and Rena Reeves-Poe.

Don is survived by one son, Gary (Terry) Davidson of Neelyville, Missouri; one nephew, Henry 'Butch' (Tara) Holyfield of Scott City, Missouri; two nieces, Shelly Eckelmann of House Springs, Missouri and Alyssa Groteke of St. Charles, Missouri; two great-nieces, Haley Eckelmann, and Autumn Groteke; two grandsons, Greg (Ashley) Davidson of Broseley, Missouri and Sammy (Machailey) Davidson of Corning, Arkansas; two great-granddaughters, Adeline Davidson and Averie Davidson; and a very special friend, Jill Fetters of Sikeston.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Rosetta 'Mickey' Holyfield and one brother, Zural Satterfield.

There will be a private memorial service held at a later date.
