Deloris Moreland, 74, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2025, at Clearview Nursing Home in Sikeston, MO.

Born on November 17, 1950, in Dorena, MO, to the late Shelton and Wanda Moreland.

Deloris was a beloved sister, aunt, and friend. She loved playing bingo and putting together puzzles. She also had a love for stuffed animals. She was at Clearview Nursing Home for 16 years and had many close friends. She loved the residents and the staff. The family wants to thank the staff for taking great care of her for all the years she spent there.

She is survived by her six brothers, Jimmy Moreland, Terry Moreland, Ralph Moreland, Ronnie Moreland, Steve Moreland, and Carl Moreland; and two sisters, Joyce Perry and Brenda Thornberry.

She was preceded by in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Deloris will be remembered for her kind heart and the love she had for her family. Her presence brought warmth and joy to those around her, and she will be deeply missed. She is now at peace, reunited with her loved ones before her. Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared and the memories she created will remain in our hearts forever.

Public visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25 beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Stanley Triplett officiating.

Burial will immediately follow at Dogwood Cemetery.
