Darren Wayne Boudreaux, age 46 of Sikeston Missouri, formerly of Baton Rouge Louisiana, passed away August 29, 2023, at his home in Sikeston. He was born October 9, 1976, in Baton Rouge Louisiana, to the late Raymond Claude Boudreaux and Nelda Jean Smith Boudreaux (Witt). He was employed in construction for many years. Darren loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He also had a great love for his family that meant so much to him.

On November 24, 2004, he married his surviving wife, Winnie Strebeck Boudreaux of Baton Rouge Louisiana.

Darren is survived by his wife, Winnie; two sons, Scott Anthony Boudreaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Darren Boudreaux Taber of LaCenter, Kentucky, as well as step son Donnie Carpenter; four daughters, Angel Ann Boudreaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Daisy Lee Carpenter of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tara Boudreaux Taber of Sikeston, Missouri, and Blakeleigh Horne Boudreaux of Atlanta, Georgia; three children that he raised as his own, Emily Helms, Caitlin Helms, and Gabrielle Shurbert, all of Sikeston Missouri, and their mother (his girlfriend, Crystal Wallace); three grandchildren, Aaron Carpenter and La'Kell Boudreaux, with one on the way; one brother and sister-in-law, Darryl and Christy Boudreaux of Plaquemine, Louisiana and their two children; two sisters, Alisa Strebeck of Plaquemine, Louisiana and her 3 children, and Toni Witt of Plaquemine, Louisiana; as well as numerous great nephews and nieces and godchildren.

In addition to his parents, one daughter, Tarren Horne Boudreaux, preceded him in death.

Services will be private under the direction of Ponder Funeral home of Sikeston.
