Daniel Lee Ladd, Jr., age 20, passed away November 13, 2024 in Scott County, MO.

He was born October 10, 2004 in Sikeston, MO, son of Daniel Ladd, Sr. and Tammy Peeler.

Daniel loved fishing, hunting, and the outdoors. He was a loving person and never met a stranger. He was very good at working on and fixing things. Until his last breath, his best friend, his puppy "Baby Girl" was by his side.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandfather, Rick McCain; his grandmother, Tammy McCain; five brothers, Dalton Peeler, Bradley Carter, Jeramiah Burton, Jacob Henson, and Tyler Ladd; four sisters, Gabrealla Peeler, Layla Ladd, Emily Ladd, and Brandy Ladd; six nieces, June Bug, Jade, Issabella, Aubreyella, Olivia and Jasma; and four nephews, Oakley, Myles, Braydon, and one on the way Atlyis. Daniel is also survived by one favorite uncle Bradley Ladd and multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Katheryn Cureton; and his aunt, Paulette Bell.

Visitation will be Friday, November 22 at noon until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, MO. Pastor Stephen Niswonger and Pastor Steven Turner will be officiating the services.

Burial will be at Gravel Hill Cemetery following the service.
