Christopher Lee "Chris" Lynch, age 44, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022, in Marble Hill, Missouri.  He was born August 16, 1977, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Brenda Moreland Thornberry who survives of Marble Hill and Chris Allen Lynch of Kentucky.  Christopher was a graduate of Charleston High School and was previously employed by Fed X.  He loved playing video games and cards.  He also was a gun and knife collector and enjoyed fishing.

Besides his parents, Chris is survived by his son, Alex Lynch of Bertrand, Missouri; his stepfather, Gary Thornberry of Marble Hill; the mother of his son, Vilma Abreu of Daytona Beach, Florida; one stepson, Alan De La Cruz of Bertrand; one stepdaughter, Essence Harbison (Gabriel Centeno) of Bertrand; two stepbrothers, Brandon Thornberry of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Gary Wayne Thornberry of Sikeston, Missouri; one granddaughter, Amara Abreu; as well as the love of his life, Celeste Holmes and her two children, Rayven and Odin of Oran, Missouri.

Chris was preceded in death by his brother, Jammie Lynch.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, July 18, 2022, beginning at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, Missouri.  Bro. Keith Cook will officiate.

Interment will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.  Chris will be laid to rest next to his brother, Jammie Lynch.

Pallbearers will be Mike Borders, Clinton Williams, Jeremy Grogan, Justin Weyand, Steve Moreland and Terry Moreland.
