Baby Carter Amiel Pratt, an angel too good for this earthly world, was born into Heaven on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  He was the son of Fredrick Pratt and Teri Willis of East Prairie, Missouri.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Fredrick Pratt, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Jessie Willis and Penny (Jacob) Latamondeer; paternal grandparents, Fredrick Evans and Tianger Pratt; and great grandparents, Anita Willis, Neal Warren, Patsy Clouse, Huriah Fennell, Irness Fennell, Yvonne Evans, Freddie Evans and Orlando Pratt.

Preceding in death were two great grandfathers, Clifford Duty and John McMillen.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 28, 2023, beginning at 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:30 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, Missouri, with Bro. Randy Eskew officiating.

Interment will immediately follow at Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston, Missouri.
