Carl "Tad"
Rampley Ii
September 6, 1965 – February 16, 2024
Carl Eugene Rampley II, of Oran, Missouri was born on September 6, 1965, and went to be with the Lord on February 16, 2024. Carl Rampley II, known to friends and family as Tad, had a kind soul, and a clever personality in which he was never afraid to share. He was the type of person that would never hesitate to give anything he had to offer. He had a smile that could charm anyone.
He was a proud United States Army Veteran and served in Operation Desert Storm. While serving in the Army, he was given the opportunity to travel and experience much of what this world has to offer. Throughout his worldly journey he met many people and made many friends. His mischievous spirit led him to an abundance of adventures, one of which consisted of riding buffalos with his buddies. Only to be interrupted by the MP's, which they clearly did not share the same excitement and entertainment that Tad and friends did. His charm and wit were some of his many great characteristics, and anyone who knew Tad, could not deny this.
He is survived by his two children Brittany (John) Felter, and Chance Rampley. He is also survived by his always supportive and devoted parents Carl E. and Janet Kay Rampley, and his loving siblings Karla (Dwayne) Proctor, and Brent (Ginger) Rampley. His grandchildren include Berkleigh, Brekyn and Jace. He is also survived by his special friend Laina Morse, along with many nieces, nephews, great nephews, and one great niece.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents J.C. and Renee Dover, and paternal grandparents Leonard and Verbie Rampley Sr. One maternal uncle, Johnny Dover, and many paternal aunts and uncles as well.
A special thank you to his team of caregivers that include Karla, Dwayne, Summer, Paige, and his lifelong friend Mitchell Caudle. Your endless love, care, and friendship gave him peace.
