Brock Thomas Powers, age 36, passed away on October 13, 2026, at his home in Sikeston, Missouri. He was born on June 24, 1990, in Spring, Texas, to Michael David Powers and Teresa White-Masterson.
Brock was a 2009 graduate of Kelly High School. He was the owner of Powers Rental Development and Powers Premium Poultry. He also raised cattle, a passion he dearly loved, and previously worked selling life insurance.
An avid outdoorsman, Brock enjoyed fishing and hunting deer, turkey, dove, and just about anything else he could hunt. His faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of his life, and next to his relationship with Christ, nothing meant more to him than spending time with his sons, friends, and family. Brock had a way of keeping everyone on their toes. Fun-loving, happy, and full of life, he always knew how to make the best of any situation. He brought energy and laughter wherever he went, making life a little more exciting for everyone around him. His motto was, "Everything is going to be alright," a phrase that reflected his outlook on life and will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his fiancée, Pam Dirickson; his mother and stepfather, Teresa (Doug) White of Puxico, Missouri; his father, Michael David Powers of Conroe, Texas; his grandmother, Faye White of Matthews; his sons, Max Fletcher Powers, Ranger Dirickson, and Ryder Dirickson; one brother, Tyler (Chandre) White of Blodgett; three aunts, Debbie Zelenske of Bertrand, Cindy (Rick) Fodge of Sikeston, and Tina Maxwell of Sikeston; special friends, Dalton Miller, Scottie Lambert, C.T. Graham, Steve Pemberton, and Rickie Fodge; and numerous cousins, family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.
In addition to those who survive him, Brock was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerome and Betty Powers and Johnny and Roberta Masterson; two uncles, Edwin Maxwell and Herbie Culbertson; and a special cousin, John Culbertson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Miner Baptist Church, with funeral services beginning at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Steve Francis will officiate.
Burial will follow at Blodgett Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tyler White, Steve Pemberton, C.T. Graham, Scottie Lambert, Dalton Miller, and Rickie Fodge. Honorary pallbearers will be Nathan Blagg and all of Brock's good friends.
Caudle Funeral Home is overseeing the arrangements.
