Bonnie L. Travis, age 92, passed away June 10, 2021 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born December 28, 1928 in Ridgely, Tennessee, daughter of the late Covie and Ona Mae (nee Spence) Riggs.

Bonnie was married to Leon Travis, he preceded her in death.

She is survived by four sons, B.J. (Linda) Stockton of Jefferson City, Missouri, Odis Younger, Michael Travis, and Elgin (Mona) Travis all of Sikeston; two daughters, Bonnie Kincaide and Barbara (Tommy) Raines both of Sikeston; one brother, John (Shirley) Riggs of Wright City, Missouri; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Freda Jackson.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 14, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.  Graveside services will immediately follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
