Obituary

Billy Joe Kincade, age 75, passed away February 6, 2022 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO, surrounded by family.

He was born May 1, 1946 in Braggadocio, MO, son of the late Joe Bill and Edith Mae (Turner) Kincade.

Billy had served in the Army National Guard, had worked for the Missouri State Highway Patrol for 11 years, was co-founder of Bill & Linda's Western Store, then went on to work for ABF as a Safety and Security Supervisor.  His grandchildren meant everything to him.

He is survived by one son, William Charles 'Sonny' (Trish) Kincade of Zalma, MO; one daughter, Leslie (Chuck) Thompson of Sikeston, MO; one brother, Wayne (Sissy) Kincade of Bragg City, MO; one sister, Doris (Tommy) McDonald of Friendship, MO; five grandchildren, Abbie (Austin) McMillan, Jessie Kincade, Lestyn Thompson, Renee (Freddie) Gilliland, and Boone (Kaitlyn) Thompson; four great-grandchildren, Rowen Thompson, Waylen Gilliland, Aria Vaughn, and Nathaniel Vaughn; special friends, Linda and Theron Palmer, and Kelly Kincade; and several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 12, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.  Doug Boyd will officiate.
