Billy Joe Finney, age 68, passed away Monday, December 25, 2023, at his home in East Prairie, Missouri.  He was born September 22, 1955, in Lincoln, Illinois, to the late Raymond Lester Finney and ClydeElla Maxine Morris Finney.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and had been employed by Flying J Truckstop.

Billy Joe was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Bob Finney and Donald Finney; and two sisters, Lori Finney and Carol Green.

He is survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.

No public services are scheduled at this time.
