Billie Lee Davis, age 83, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at his home in East Prairie, Missouri.  He was born June 20, 1942, to the late Jesse Lee Davis and Letha Mae Littrell Davis, and had served with honor in the United States Navy.  Billie worked for many years in construction.  Dedicated to his profession, he used his talents to become an owner and operator of window and siding installation, which he loved.  The most important part of his life was loving and enjoying his children, grandchildren, and later his great grandchildren.  Billie was a member of the First Church of God in East Prairie.

He married his wife Alberta Furlong on October 17, 1961, and they lived a life together for 64 years.  Alberta survives of the home.

Additional survivors include one son, Wayne Davis of East Prairie; one sister, Pam (Jeff) Williams of East Prairie, brother-in-law Dwight Scruggs of East Prairie; four grandchildren, Jessica Davis (Jake) Boyles, Jessica Barricklow, McKenzie Gregory and Blaine (Kacey) Davis; and five great grandchildren, Ali Davis, Kaydee Davis, Jack Davis, Noah Davis, and Augustus Boyles.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jeffrey Davis, who passed away September 4, 2023; one sister, Joyce Scruggs; two brothers, Jerry Davis and Ronnie Davis; and two grandchildren, Britton Davis and Ryan Davis.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 29, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon at the First Church of God in East Prairie, with Dawn Walters, pastor, officiating.  Services are under the care of Caudle-Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie.

Interment with full military honors will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

His grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
