Benjamin House Carlisle, age 68, of Kennett, Missouri passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 in Jonesboro Arkansas.

He was born February 3, 1955 in Sledge, Mississippi, son of the late Thomas L. Carlisle and Maylell Jones Carlisle.

Benjamin had been a contractor for Miller Construction before retiring.

Survivors include two sons, Ben Carlisle and Joeseph Carlisle; four brothers, Sam Carlisle, David Carlisle, Genie Carlisle, and Lewis Carlisle; four sisters, Mary Carlisle, Margaret Carlisle, Lorene Carlisle, and Becky Carlisel; and 15 grandchildren, Logan, James, Noah, Delilah, Austin, John Tyler, Peyton, Adalynn, Bella, Madelina, Taylor, Justin, Jason, Davon, and Destiny.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Delicia Carlisle-Young; and one brother, Roy Carlisle.

Visitation will be Friday, July 7, from 12:00 noon until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston, Missouri.
