Obituary

Amy Beth Revelle Huff, age 59, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, passed away March 18, 2024, at St. Louis University Medical Center. She was born October 4, 1964, in Ironton, Missouri, to the late Thomas Edgar Revelle, Sr. and Evelyn Beth Johnson. She was a 1982  graduate of East Prairie High School. She had been employed by Continental Nail and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. Amy enjoyed working and spending time with family, especially her great nieces and nephews. She loved gifting Christmas presents to everyone during the holidays, which was the reason she was given the nickname of Mrs. Claus by Robert Hinkle.

Amy was such a sweet soul. She was always laughing and smiling, silly but often quiet and through her whole sickness she never complained. Oh, she could get spunky when she wanted, but overall, Amy was a trooper that's for sure, she fought a long hard fight. She is loved by so many & will be missed dearly.

Survivors include her life partner, McKinley "Mack" Harvey of Poplar Bluff; two brothers, Ben Revelle of East Prairie and Scotty McClanahan of Cape Girardeau; three sisters, April Harris of Sikeston, Missouri, Laura Revelle (Mark Adams) of East Prairie, and Shannon Hinkle of East Prairie. Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins also survive.

Amy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Eddie Revelle, and Ronnie Revelle; her paternal grandparents, Raymond and Eva Revelle; and her maternal grandparents, Ben Johnson and Bonnie Barber Ervin.

VIsitation will be held Monday, March 25, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Shelby Funeral Home, with Bro. Stanley Triplett officiating.

Interment will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
